Refund Policy for Zippytasker Pro Events
Zippytasker offers a one-time upgrade fee to unlock more than 5 participants for a single event. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have not used your upgrade to create or manage any event with more than 5 participants, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you have not used the upgrade to create or manage an event with more than 5 participants.
- How to request: To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your purchase details and the email address used for your account.
- Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Non-refundable: Refunds are not available if the upgrade has been used to create or manage any event with more than 5 participants, or if more than 14 days have passed since purchase.
This policy applies only to one-time event upgrade fees. Zippytasker does not offer subscriptions or recurring payments.
