About Zippytasker

Zippytasker is a personal hobby project that provides a shared task list and event coordination tool for friends and small groups. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You may use Zippytasker if you are at least 16 years of age. Access is by invitation only — you need a valid invite link or an existing account to join.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Your account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zippytasker to:

• Post content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' events or account data.
• Scrape, spam, or overload the service with automated requests.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior agreement.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of any content you create (events, tasks, comments). By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to the participants of the relevant event, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through Zippytasker tasks or comments.

Service availability

Zippytasker is provided on a best-effort basis as a personal project. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or shut down the service at any time without notice.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Zippytasker, including loss of data. You use the service at your own risk.
